our alliance will be centered around the 4 islands of Harios[65:1], Seileios [64:1], Drauos [64:2], and Coennuos [65:2] because between all 4 islands there is only 1 player and it is relatively alone, a perfect place for our alliance to flourish
so if you're planning a colony, try to establish it on one of those 4 (you dont have to move your capital if you dont want to though)

But if you want a marble island, and since the SRF marble island is full, you can build your colony in island Snianaios [63:3].

any news from him? i read the ikariam boards and usually in cases like his, his account usually gets unbanned...he was just being honest that he is sharing the same IP with his brother with another account...just don't understand why they just outright banned him...

A quick question.
Guys, if I build another academy on my colony, and then upgrade it and set people to work in it, will those research points be added to the one back at my capital?

& also, if I just leave my population in the town hall as is (meaning I don't get them wine and other stuff) will the growth rate eventually level out at about 0? My population won't start dying, will they?

If not, I'm just going to focus on colonizing every single island in the SRF Alliance ASAP. (:

About the academy, yes it will add. About the population I'm not sure if it will go 0. I believe the worse thing that could happen is when people from your cities go elsewhere.

From experience, when i added an academy in my colony and got researchers going, it helped decrease the overall time of completion so yea. Reason why i am upgrading my academy in my colony as well.

& also, if I just leave my population in the town hall as is (meaning I don't get them wine and other stuff) will the growth rate eventually level out at about 0? My population won't start dying, will they?

Actually it can go to negative, especially if you were serving them wine then stop, and yea a negative satisfaction rating will mean people leaving your town...to counteract this is improve your tavern levels build a museum and research holiday methinks...

Claekaios 3:6, I know I'm far away from most SRF'ers. I have pm'd the two marble islands within my 2 range but no one replies.

I need about 60 marble to upgrade my trading port to a range of 4 (I think, it is at 3 now) However, I am unsure how I can send a fleet with goods (have plenty of sulfur) to trade, if the sender is over 3-4 spaces away?

If possible, is it easier to start over and hope for a marble island? I play both from work and home; would another account result in a ban?

If you delete your account before making a new it won't be banned. But if you don't delete your account first you need to pm the GameOperator via the official forum. But if you don't need your first city then better yet delete it before making a new one.

How you do increase storage capacity of goods in general, atm mine says 800 for luxuries and 3200 for wood, does something need researching? or is it upgraded with my town hall levels?

build a warehouse and upgrade it if you see that one or more resources are reaching their peak capacity in storage.

Ya but a lvl 10+ wall can't defend your city if some high level fella attacks you with lots of soldiers. My way is same level with my town hall btw at 5.

Took me a few days to get this far, so it's not a huge deal.

How do people trade if the receiving person can't send ships past a certain radius though?

A better question: Do people typically delete and then hope for marble?

You just have to wait for that person to send you goods. Try trading from SRF members they will surely pay you even if it's late.

so SRF islands are about 15hrs away from me, would it be wise me setting up colonies for crystal and wine nearer me? or is it not too much of an issue?
