No, mmorpg sites always put games with no release announcement on December 31, in this case December 31 2010 because they know the game will be released 2010.

For those who dont know:

Greetings Everyone,

Your (and mine) cries were heard by the developers of Forsaken World and are proud to announce we will be opening Phase 1 of Closed Beta for North America and Europe early this Fall.

The selection will be random, there is nothing for you to do at this time. As the date approaches you will get an email, stating you were selected for Phase 1 of the closed beta. If you don't have a beta key yet, you can still sign up and have the same odds of being selected.

If you didn't get selected for Phase 1, fear not, more phases will open shortly after. There are many things we need to test on our end technically, in addition to gameplay.

There will be a specific forum for Closed Beta testers, where we will be conducting feedback sessions on certain gameplay elements.

Also does anyoen has images of World map? also about items, are they like in degrees (like in Sro or JD, that every degree is like a set) or are the kinda like in Allods/WoW?

I actually got no clue, all I know is that there will be a plus system like in SRO and rest of their games, like +3, +4 etc.

About the plus system, I have heard that when Items get high enough stats you'll get wings (Not sure can u fly with the tough)

Well that was a long list, I think some of them are same harp with different plusses (Like in sro)

Edit: Seems that to cast high level and good bard skills, bard needs notes, you know, Those C, D, A etc. notes, you gain them from cating magical spells, kinda cool idea if u ask me.

Graphics look better in offical screenshots, those pics are from some chinse site and uploaded as .jpg so quality isn't the best it could be. And they have been resized, decrases quality a lot.

Yeah, after you have upgraded your equipment to a certain value, they get wings, but no.. you cant fly with them. Here is a video that shows that the graphics aint that crappy as the pictures show



PWE always show videos, images that has been taken from a low-end computers, I believe the product manager from HOTK said that since they do not think that graphics should be the first thing people should focus on, but the actual gameplay.
