Anyway....anyone wondering if they're gonna' have some kind of a drive-and-shoot campaign mission like the one they had in Dawn of the Dead? I mean, they already have chainsaws and guns. Riding an "armored" bus around town while shooting and blowing zombies up would be fun =p Especially with the tanks trying to chase and ram your vehicle down.

Only if there are like 8-10 tanks running around at once, otherwise it would feel too safe.

Im sure they could make it difficult. those Chargers can knock it over lets say if they hit you enough or uh. Smokers can stick their tongue through the window and grab the steering wheel and drive you into a lake.
The smokers can strangle you or drag you out of the bus once the hunters do enough damage on the roof hatch (emergency exit) of your bus and opens it. Hey, maybe zombies can crawl into that thing (or maybe a witch).
Road obstacles to slow down the bus would also be "helpful" in making it a lot more challenging.
This group has over 6k users that say **** you valve. They said they'll bring updates like TF2, but instead they pull a new game out their ass and ditch the first one. I completely agree with this group as well. /joined

There were hundreds and hundreds of petitions over the Dragonball movie. That didn't stop them and there is a second one being made. You also made almost the same post with the same link on the last page. You're angry obviously but you're gonna have to get over it and find new games to play > >
Ohh sorry I didn't read the last page. Yeah I know nothing is ganna happen. Spending $50 for the game isn't the problem, but the fact that Valve knows about morons that'll throw money into their face. Instead of giving the L4D1 more content they just release the planned content onto a new game. Just makes it sad.

But they never said they weren't gonna continue to add stuff to L4D1. Plus I don't understand why people are getting mad over a game that's still being worked on. It's one thing if it's been already released but there is still months to go.

they actually specifically said they would add more if everyone read what someone posted from them! so i dunno why people keep complainin about this stuff.

its cuz people just feel cheated, cuz they know they are going to buy the new one so they feel like they havent fully played l4d... if that made any sense.

It doesnt really to me. I dont know, I really was happy with the game, I bought it right when it came out and while it was missing the last 2 campaigns for Versus even then I still had so much fun Online with it. And they threw in the last two parts for versus plus survival mode. They also are saying they look to add some other kind of matchmaking, and this is going to last us for another 5 months. A game lasting a year to me makes it worth while. If the game wasnt online, or just had online co-op on the campaign i'd agree it was unfinished. But really with the versus as well I feel its pretty good.
And on top of it if for the same price they might throw in the original 4 campaigns so that you wont have to switch between and still can play through them if you want, I think thats pretty cool. I'm just thankful to have an awesome Zombie game finally. I've always wished for something like Left 4 Dead and really love it. And besides the maps and Survival, putting time to try and tweak bits stuff in that update to make things more even in Versus showed they were still payin attention to the game. More then I can say for lots of other games I've bought.

But instead of adding what they said, they make a new game and put it in there, then going to charge $50 for the same game just modded, that any dedicated mod team could do the same work. What they made fire a little better. But your a dumb console kid so its ok.

I love the idea that it's basically the same game just new stuff. Sure they could probably make it better, but L4D is such a great game as it is, simply adding new stuff would be cool just as well as changing it could be.
