Re: Mirrors Edge
Is there co-op or multiplayer mode in this game? Sorry im in hurry so can't read the whole thread to find out.
Drop the beat
Re: Mirrors Edge
No co-op whatsoever..Only semi multiplayer thing is uploading your time in a chapter or something and then your friends can try to beat it >.<

Props to chrisorg for the sig <3
Re: Mirrors Edge
A good game, but I expected much more.. Hmmh.
Playin' it on computer, anyone else? Asking this because whenever I break some glass it 'lags', lol. Whatever video options I put, all details on the lowest or highest, resoulution on 800x600 or 1600x1200 it works crappy there. Just when the glass gets broke. Anyone has this problem too? And will there be a lot of glass throughout the game? ;d

Re: Mirrors Edge
I love this games art style and I like the idea but from what I heard in the demo the story isn't very good. The bad guys didn't seem to do anything wrong except limit crime so I'm going to guess the main character was a drug dealer or a gang member before they came around.

Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay off...Play the game and see for yourself
The story is alright but way to short.

Re: Mirrors Edge
Finished the game last night, according to Xfire, only 6 hours. Too short. I've had this problem throughout the game: The voices were too quiet, didn't hear anyone talk clearly, so I don't know what the hell was the story about.
The end of the game seems really nice though.
/done with this game.

Re: Mirrors Edge
I tried playing the demo twice now and holy crap..I don't understand what all the enthusiasm was about. They do have some great ads but the gameplay itself just drove me nuts. I have to agree with some people that first-person view games should be kept in shooters and racing games. Graphics are great but gameplay was terrible and the storyline seems a bit dull. I was looking at game reviews for ME on youtube the other night and there were some stuff in the game that made me think the designers didn't give a rat's ass about the plot (eg. an out-of-order doorknob that needs its own red-button override switch? WTF?). Overall, they failed to deliver the whole "parkour experience" in the game and it turned out to be a complete disaster..but that's just my opinion. If you enjoyed the game, then good for you.
