Using ACR or vector usually. The javelin is funny to use against noobs but I don't find it as useful as the second launcher because it only has 1 shot.
Camping is HORRIBLE in some levels to the point where I just leave, especially in the rooftop level w/ the cranes. 1 person on each building top, one where the helicopter is and 1-2 on the crane, shit sucks.
I'm not high enough to have all that shit so meh. I'll stick with the silence FAMAS for now and move on later xD It'll take quite some time before I get lvl 20 or higher rofl
Yeah, I've stopped leveling Perk #2's cause stopping power seems to have way too much of an affect on whether you'll be dead or alive after a small fight. Maxed all of 3 (until I unlock the last 2) and need one or two more maxed for perk 1.

I am starting to get mad about my K/D now. In CoD4 I held a 1.4 for a little bit throughout my whole time playing that game. But now in MW2 I have a .94 and I have 200 more deaths than kills. I hate that I now have to work hard just to get to 1.0 :/ I now have to find a class that dominates, bleh.
I hate starting off bad in games and having those statistics affecting you later on.

How does it affect you? It's only some stats >.<
Its generally the main way people stay with a game.
If there were no stats i would've stopped playing after about 2 days.

I'm talking about the k/d, not the lvling system. Only reason I kinda like it is because of that lol.
My fav class: -TAR-21 Holo, or FMJ -USP .45 Akimbo -Semtex -Flashbang -Scavenger Pro -Stopping Power Pro -Steady Aim Pro Killstreaks: Care Package, Predator Missile, Harrier Strike My best game in TDM was 29-0-3 with this class.
One of my other classes has everything the same except a AUG H-BAR instead of the TAR-21. I'm like super addicted to the game. I can't believe I'm sitting here posting this instead of playing. lol
For everyone who loves knifing: -any Sniper (for Ghillie suit) -any pistol with Tactical knife -Throwing Knife -Smoke Grenade -Marathon Pro -Lightweight Pro -Commando Pro My best knifing game was 28-0-10 with this class in TDM.
I finally got some time to buy it today, played some and graphics are a tad better especially on the lighting. The story line is better and the scenery and misssion are nice and different from the first but but not innovative. Mltiplayer is typical but i like the new add-ons which enhance it a lot but overall not a big overhaul but i'd still give it a 5/5
Man this game should have a warning saying: Extremely addictive, play at your own risk!
I just bought it and played it for nine hours straight on multiplayer, got to 20 on a day, my fingers hurt, I swear I never felt so nerdy.
But yeah, the game is awesome, since in the last cod games I didn't pick up the sniper that much I decided to start off with the snipers, got to level 12 with the .50 cal and my sniping skills are way better, I love the new attachments!
Heartbeat Sensor + Domination = Rape all, I just defended a base against the entire team, by myself, none of them had that cold-blooded perk so it helped.
I already had a 18 kill streak, ended with 27-3, I've been playing domination mostly, and some team deathmatch. Tried the riot shield, it's fun bashing people or running up on them like a blood-thirsty vampire, I think I really scared one guy when I came out of the shadows running on his back. :p
Oh and I did a pretty sweet kill I wish I would've recorded it, at this map with a tunnel (I think I haven't played on a couple of maps, and don't know any names), he popped smokes since I was all over him, then I taught: "Oh hey Imma throw a nade in there since he's probably coming", so I press right bumper, throw my knife and right as he comes out of the smoke he gets hit by my ninja'd knife that I had accidentaly thrown.
@ Unique: Cold blooded doesn't protect you from the heartbeat sensor, ninja does.
Been killing uav's and choppers for cold blooded pro... Got the nuke did the same strat that the 1 dude had, killed 7 ppl hid, harrier airstrike killed 6 ppl, brought my chopper gunner in and got 25 kills... thats the only way ppl's been doing it unless they have hacks (dont say there arent hacks for this game. there is)
Played it for abot 27 hour so far got to around lvl 53 or something like that.
My thoughts on the PC version:
All I have to say is that multiplayer is not even close to COD4, they have seemingly removed the need for any skill and have just turned it into who ever has the lowest ping i.e. the host wins. All the assualt rifles pretty much are the same and only really differ on their shooting animation and over all acuracy. With most of them doing the virtualy the same damage meaning that it takes the same amount of hits to kill.
They have lowered the overall amount of people per game to around 12 depending on game type, but then increased map size.... what can I say about that, even a single cell organism could tell you how stupid an idea that is. As far as the maps go they arent as good as the COD4 maps, with the exception of Afgan, Flavela, Invasion, Quarry and Terminal the maps are rather poorly designed.
As far as the muliplayer experience it self is concerned its probably the worst game I have ever played on a PC. They changed how a PC gamer plays the game to suit the more casual player removing dedicated servers because the casual gamer doesnt know how to host them and so on. But thats the whole point of them, the casual gamer has never hosted a dedicated server they just play on them. The peer to peep system doesnt work, if you change the amount of ping bars through the cfg you will see that in most cases players dont have more than 5/10 bars while the host is running around with 10/10, the system just sucks. And on top of that the game lacks simple things like auto balance of teams I have been in many matches that end up 6/2 and it just serves to highlight the lack of effort put into this game. I have also never been able to switch teams either, the option is there but it is seemingly always greyed out, so even if the teams are unbalanced you cant even switch to even them out.
The perks are also rather strange, yes its a good idea to have them upgradeable but why not have more options and have the player able to select which ones they want. For instance why not have each perk have 5 possible upgrades but only give you the option to unlock 3 so that it builds more choice and skill into the game. Also Perks sont seem to have been thought out that well I mean one perk upgrades to give you faster aiming, I mean WTF use is that on PC, we dont have auto aim so why even have that upgrade in the game.
As far as weapon addons go they are rather limited to, I mean there was lots of talk about being able to use two addons, but that isnt usefull at all because the scavanger perk is better than bling, because whats the point in using that weapon if you cant get more ammo for it. I am also pissed off about the fact that they seemingly lowered the bullet count in the mags, because going from COD4 to COD6 it seems like you have less bullets before you have to reload.
To sum up, the pc version comes across as a poorly thought out and designed game. I now see why there was no beta or Demo before its release. If this is the way that PC gaming is going then I might sell off my gaming rig because this is a million steps backwards. The only consolation to be found is that Bad company 2 comes out in march and Dice knows how to treat us PC gamers, even if you do have to deal with EA it will still be better than this.
So my verdict, buy the game if you want to but be prepared to be frustrated and pissed off on a regular basis.
