The best private server are the one with rate around 10x~12x, not more. Yes, you get to high levels a lot easier but:
-you are low skilled
-you are probably poor 'cause u haven't done any quest
-you hardly get honour points because you don't do story quests, thus you won't be able to choose a nation
-private servers are not up2date
-communities are hardly ever nice
So, believe me, the official Cabal server is the only one worth to play.

Within 2 days of playing, i alredy have transcender 210 (max), i'm lvl 13x and i didnt even grind hardcore, casual playing + some nab class quests and to join a nation + pvp.
Seriously, idk what the fa.ck you're talking about.
In our server x300, each UCH is worth 5 bil, each FCH is 4 bil.
So, like i was saying, 2 days of playing, lvl 13x, all my skills, full osm 2 slotted set, and i currently have like 10+ bil, and some items worth in around 10-15bil to sell, not counting with the set i've got.
Community? I've got a big , active, guild, it's cool, idk what ur talking about in that matter, i swear, i ask em everything i dont know, i get answers, my gm gave me Lapiz orbs, and a red osm and an osm glove with 2 slotts to my friend, and 2 RS cards to us.
Only thing i dont like, it's, u need guides not to get lost in the quests, but after u'r done with that, all u gotta do is fun stuff, do dungeons, get ur gear sort out, and get honor so u can use better jewelry..
So... yeah.
About the honor, it takes a lil bit, but oh well, whats a game without a challenge.
About the updates, this server got smart ppl, who cares when u can get the privileges u get anyways.
I think that, in the end of the day, it's really ur choice, i like regular servers even being slower, because, u get to do all the quests, take the game slowly, it's fun.
But in this one, shit's just easier, it's easier to enjoy high lvl stuff, and you can be more of a casual player, wich i like more
Btw, server's activity is REALLY high, like a normal cabal server, channels almost full most of the time, novice channel full.. oh and btw, we got hardcore channels.. regular cabal doesnt have that i think : o
still, it shouldnt be an argument before wich cabal is better.. i just dont want you to say that stuff...
both are cool, you choose, if you want to take it slowly, do all th quests and take like 2 months to get 100+. or if you want to be 100+ in one day with all your skills...
