Ps3 is the most powerful system/blu-ray/computer on the market. If anything can run MAG, it's the Ps3.

That sort of hardware is irrelevant when we're talking about 256 player MP games. Servers that can handle that sort of thing are pretty much unheard of even in the PC world. Plus yeah I think the PS3 would indeed chug quite a bit on such a populated MP game. It's claiming quite a bit and I doubt Sony will deliver.

Don't quote the Farking videos, the page already wont load all of them for some reason for me. Loads 5 or so right away, then sits there forever loading the rest, and I can't play any of them until its loaded. (By loaded, I mean the image with the big "Play" button, not actually loading the full video.)

think there doing this to try and out do xbox because Microsoft announced that it will double its hard drive and cut the price by $50 very soon.

it might not be that way for very long cause with microsofts main profit area(computer software) getting bashed by apple, and sonys..maybe not sony cause they own a big chunk of the movie busy so in some way sony should do good. but w/e both companies will do find for now, the only reason there able to do this is because hardware is becoming more advanced, same size and cheaper sometimes.

First time I actually show interest in this event. The times before the games I liked were a) only for the consoles or b) did came out for PC but mine was too shitty to run them. Le sigh.

Anyways, haven't been watching all the press conference stuff, but took a look at the trailers instead, and there were some games that sparked my interest. Or set it on fire immediently.

I AM ALIVE: I seriously thought I was looking at a movie with real actors here. The trailer doesn't give away much, but I'm pretty curious about it.

QUANTUM OF SOLACE: Because I like James Bond. Played Nightfire at the PC and liked it. This one looks fun too. I just wished Pierce Brosnan would still be 007 instead of Daniel Craig.

PRINCE OF PERSIA: Saw the trailer and loved it, 99,999999999999% chance I'm getting this one when it's in the store. I never played any of the PoP games apart from Sands of Time Demo, and the series go way back. The new Prince's hair contains more pixels than the entire 1st PoP game ever made. Time for me to join the fun.

THE LAST RENMANT: I want to know more about this game, but so far I really like it. FF graphics <3

WARRIORS OROCHI 2: Never heard about this game. Looked quite entertaining, but I really want a story mode instead of slaughtering everyone without a reason.

FABLE 2: Never played the first game, but it looks good (Not too fond about the character design, but that's just me), I like how the decisions you make change your fate. Can you create female characters? Probably not eh? Oh well at least I can have a pet dog.

STAR OCEAN: THE LAST HOPE: Not sure if I will like the setting, but I liked the overall look of this. I guess I'm a sucker for FF graphics.

MIRROR'S EDGE: Original concept, not sure if it's my thing.

Fanboys are terrible to be around or tolerate in a forum. I never understood why those people just cannot accept the fact thet they don't own the franchise. What does it matter if FF goes to another console as well? Does it affect me negatively in any way? For as long as i can walk in the store and see Final Fantasy XIII on the shelve listed: PS3. I don't mind it one bit.

I don't get it either, I could have understood it if it was exclusively for the 360, but IMO the fanboys should stop complaining, it's not their time and effort to create the game, nor it's for them to decide on which console it'll be released. If Square wants it released on washing machines they got all right to do so, it's their game. I doubt it'll sell much though.

Final Fantasy are great games and made me choose a Playstation over many other potential candidates. But now more people can enjoy the experience and maybe that kind of incentive will close the gap between our two worlds. ^-^! Because fighting over video games is childish and such a waste of a possible joint venture between gamers. Heck, i would rather duke it out in the game itself. :twisted:

Yes you can actually create either a male or female char, it's all up to you

I'm fairly excited about fable 2 but I will have to see a review first before I pick it up because fable 1 promised a lot and didn't deliver.
I hope it's not the same with Fable 2..
