decals are for sprays, you can leave them on but if some1 sprays it, it will make you have a second lagspike.
put these in console and then put all your graphics to low, and join a server.
(i am assuming your hardware is bad here)
thanks but my problem is my game screen is black i cant play LOL i run css then it loads then it goes black all i i can do it stare t a black sreen i try getting out and going back to css and nothing still the same when i move my mouse i can hear the clicking noise becuase the mouse is going over the menu i try clicking and still black screen =.= can anyone help me

close and reopen works for me xD ,if not reinstall then
windows xp media center edition service pack 3 pentium d processor cpu 2.66ghz forgot how to check my graphics card i done it before(feels stupid -_- ) its a nvdia i know that im on cable internet btw
