I have to make each icon, you can be added to the list a lot faster by providing an icon that isn't already created.

I usually get them from this website, after which they are resized to 16*16 (sometimes cropped to provide a clearer image), and then uploaded with tinypic to save characters.

If one is playing the game and thus knows the cover image, I don't think they'll have too much trouble recognizing it. I dig up the icons of the Xbox 360 games, which are usually still very clear after resizing, but unfortunately I don't know of a website doing the same with the PS3 icons, so I'll have to Google Image it and usually take a cover.
I know the PS3 games have the same icons, but I rarely am able to find them. Then again, if people want a better image, they could provide me with a better image. Would also save me a bunch of time and updating it wouldn't take so long either.
