Thanks for the recommendations, they're awesome! And I can 100% recommend Oxenfree, the game's damn fascinating if you play it in the right conditions - and that is, at night, with headphones on!

But what I'm more grateful for is the tips on how to find cheap/free games by yourself. I always struggle between this or that game when I have to get one, but this will make the job easier! Granted, it's not like I'm going to save money because of this and end up going for a trip around the world, wear expensive Italian suits or buy apartments in France and live like le king there (or not, they've got strange traditions when it comes to treating kings) because the money saved on games will be spent on other stuff anyways, but it's still nice to have.

It only shifts the problem... Now you get so much stuff in your games library you end up overwhelmed by choice and just play the same old stuff over and over again

... That's relatable as well lol. Tons of games, and I'm always coming back to the same 5 things, I've got more days spent playing the Stalker trilogy than I have games on Steam, for example...

I have a pretty massive backlog anyway (especially considering all the freebies xD) so I'm not exactly in need of anything, but recently I've been enjoying playing through a few smaller games and just clearing them out quickly. Smaller, focused games that offer a nice change of pace from the big endless open world games...

I finished Dark Souls 2 recently (big game), and after that I played and completed in relatively quick succession DmC (the edgy reboot), Borderlands 2 and Darksiders 3 as palette cleansers of sorts.

I just started Dark Souls 3 the other day, which is a pretty lengthy game again, (souls games are usually 100+ hours for me spread over months...), which is probably gonna take quite a while to finish. I might need a few smaller ones to play again :p

I'm considering getting the some of the following:

- Railway Empire (I have a soft spot for Railroad Tycoon II, Sid Meier's Railroads)
- Catherine
- Doom

I haven't made the decision to buy anything yet, but for the time being I've raised their priority in my wishlist . If you participate in the steam racing game thingy, You have a random chance of getting stuff from your wishlist if you're team is in the top 3 (I think?)

@ltsune I ended up buying Hollow Knight and Railway Empire. Since this event had no steam cards, I also decided to spend my saved up bank from all the previous sales. I had about €4,30~ish saved up from selling duplicate steam event cards on the marketplace.
Kinda sad... I wanted to reach 5 bucks and buy a cheap game straight up with just the marketplace money, but if they won't be doing these cards anymore, I don't have an easy way of increasing it anymore. So I just spent it.
