While i was exploring to make a base on a secluded island far away from my spawn, i saw a random island, which had a weird hole in it. I checked it out and what do i see.. sand collapsed on a zombiespawner(too bad it's a zombie.. Creeper or spider or skeleton spawners ftw..), so i built my house on it.. With a trap

After hours of walking around in a huge cavern full of resources, i died coz of some friggin ninja creeper that jumped out of the air >.<

Alllll my stuf fell into the lava, including 10 diamond i found.. like 130 iron, 40 gold maybe like 200 coal, 5 stacks of redstone dust

Yeah it's free for any pirate... but it will probably only grow in value for a legit copy. What kinda problems are you having with the free2play one on the site?

it doesnt load up or anything all i get is "you need java for this game"
i downloaded the newest java shortly after and still nothing

Check the HD pack before installing it though- as it has a few possible add ons you might want to remove first.

Lol, in multiplayer mobs are so much more evil.

Just had two creepers blow up my house, they werent even within 10 blocks distance >.<
One was even stuck, i was attacking it from distance with bow and arrow... it just decided to blow up aswell.
Really demotivating XDD

Had to inventory edit the brown dye, as it wasn't available in the game, but the others aren't that hard to come by.

The new Octopi are adorable. OvO Many have perished so I could nab the ink for black dye.

Well, I have started to "bother" with this, currently starting to work on what I hope will be an actual castle. So far I've just cleared out the ground area (or close, in the image, I'm standing on some stuff that's in one of the corners still).

I'm thinking that the area might be too small though, right behind my character, there's a large body of water with not too much ground in the way, so I'm considering maybe having part of it built over water.

I've tried building underwater before, I find it too annoying...

Especially since I plan on making this a true castle, with rooms, outer walls, towers, dungeon, not that bs "four walls and a small building" that some people seem to think is a castle these days.

Keep us up to date! I love ambitious projects like these. My constructions are all rather small, apart from one mansion and one cruiseship. I also never know how to fill them up interior wise with so much room.

On a side note, don't you just love the bed update? I hate building in the dark. >:(

Bed update? and yes, building in dark is the suck, that's why I'm keeping it on peaceful until I get some safety inside 4 walls at least.

Yeah, if you go to work bench, put three wooden planks on bottom row, and then 3 wool on middle row and you have a bed. If you right click it at night, you will skip to the morning. OvO

Got one wall sort of started, but I'm having trouble figuring out how I want to do the corners and walkway and such.

Double post, but a little bit of an update.

Ground is leveled out (Plan on changing it all to iron blocks eventually, but not yet) Inner walls have been brought up (making the towers on the corner is gonna be a bastard, can't figure out how I want to do it.)

That's just the outer walls, I don't even have doorways for it yet lol... I'm also far too lazy to farm the materials to make such a large project, so I use InvEdit.

I suggest you use "Too Many Items" instead of INVedit. I have used both and TMI is much quicker and easier to use, saves alot of time. Also works in MP.

TooManyItems is nice, I tried it, and used it a few times in SP, and haven't figured out how to get to work in multiplayer, anyone know how?
