If he only has 1800 marble in his warehouse, forget about it. If he has more, than I say go for it. You forget that if you win the battle, you kill his troops, and you can keep on and keep on pillaging the guy. :)

You know how when you go to Island view, the higher the level of your City Hall, the bigger / more different it looks?

16 is one expansion and 18 is the final expansion for the looks.
I'm at 17 and four hours away from 18. I'll post a picture when it's done.
