Riders of Icarus - Anyone planning to check it out?

So, I don't know about you, but I just heard about Riders of Icarus: http://icarus.nexon.net/en

It's published by Nexon, and looks pretty sweet. The art style is somewhat like Silkroad, although the world is vastly different, of course

Anyone seen it before? Open beta starts on July 6th, and is free. I'll be creating a char to check it out.

Do you think we need a beta key to access the game tomorrow? On Steam it just says "Free Open Beta begins July 6th".

Knew about it for a while now...Its quite a bit "run of the mill" for an MMO...Its also quite one dimensional with its high focus on mounts... Nothing about it jumps out and separates itself from the standard MMORPG format except the idea of aerial boss fights while mounted...

This game for me definitely doesn't compare well with current MMORPGs that are out...While it does look graphically decent, it gives me the impression that it is somewhat behind the times...Maybe it was in production for way too long and was forced to be released with the old MMORPG formula...I Wont be playing it...

You can play, I downloaded yesterday and tried, didnt have time to play just made character. Will try more later today.

Free on steam, very fun game, but rly mixed reviews.
