Re: Another game with stunning realism...
I really like the idea of this game! I hope it will turn out good. Might actually be something I would be interested in playing for once, lol.
And yes, the graphics look great as well!

What's your obsession with realism?
I feel like gameplay should trump graphics any day. Anyone can make a game look good, but can they make a good game?

I have a predominantly visual oriented personality trait.... Content is great and I agree but it is a must for me that a game looks visually appealing and remains realistic when it comes to the physics of motion, body anatomy (or plausible enough) etc etc etc...

Re: Another game with stunning realism...
Same with me, visuals is a must on good games.
Re: Another game with stunning realism...
Visuals are usually quite important for me, unless it's a game that has something to offer that others have not. But it's not on the top of the priority list as I don't have a good PC.

That looks amazing. I think it'll be a fun game too.
As for me, graphics don't need to be to amazing. But if people move unnaturally, it ticks me off so bad i pretty much can't play the game xD Call of Duty black ops 1 had this stupid, counter intuitive way a gun would sway while you're sprinting, that alone made me like the game a lot less.

Re: Another game with stunning realism...
There are games where top-of-the-line visuals are a priority. For example: FPS games, slash'n'hack, or espionage 3rd-person games like Metal Gear. But that's not everything.
Hell, there are old 16-bit games that are still ranked high in my all-time favorites. I've also had my fair share of side-scrolling and text-based games.

@Realism.
The concept of this game is only suitable if it's put in practice in the world we ourselves are familiar with.
It would detract from it all if you were put in a random fantasy/sci-fi world where you know nothing of how things work and are allowed to control all the electronics in it. It's just not as cools if you aren't familiar with what all these mechanism/electronics should be doing.
Hense this game needs to be set in our own world. In order for us to recognise it properly as our own world it's necessary for it to be as close to the real thing as possible. Therefore at least for this specific game, a hyper-realistic world is the way to go, both in graphics and behavior.
