My question is about what sort of PVE this game has. Since SRO had little-to-no PVE system, if this is purely just martial arts PVP I'll probably stick to Street Fighter or something.

First and most glaring issue I noticed was the lack of the trinity system. Lack of trinity system in any PVE environment just doesn't work. That alone has lost me as a player. Not to mention combat looks incredibly boring and slow.

Before i play this game i thought the pvp is boring and slow but not at all, it's call strategizing. When you play you will know hwat i am talking about. The pvp is not like sro, no spaming or you will die so fast. Just play the game! first 10lvls is kinda boring because you will be doing to quest all of your skills sets and getting used to UI. At lvl15+ you can do instance!! Just play the game!!!

sro skills are flashy however, the enivornment settings and the details of AOW are much better.

Nowhere near as flashy as some MMOs. People try too hard with the effects and screw things up.

That's kind of sad that you place graphics over gameplay when it comes to MMOs. Silkroad's gameplay was incredibly lacking in every aspect, and it looked ALRIGHT at best.

What? Who were you talking to then? Silkroad's gameplay has always been shitty. From mashing 4 buttons in PVP while standing still to lack of any significant PVE end game, it sucked on fundamental levels.

The community. It was the game my friends were playing so I joined them for a bit. It didn't take long for me to realize it was terrible and move to WoW though.

Face enemy to attack, but you can also click on an enemy so you can run to them.

For the moment, it's beta test you got to have a beta key to unlock limited time, otherwise you can only play 1 hour/day. When it's release (spring) it's total free.
