It's in Dutch but here's the basic gist of it as far as I understand:
Tim Schafer says he wants to make a psychonauts 2. He has asked many publishers but all have shown little interest. Now he said he would probably need a budget of at least 13 million dollars to create it, the budget that was required for psychonauts 1. Notch says he'd offer that. That's a would, not a could
If all goes well we may have a notch sponsored psychonauts 2 on our hands. That would not only be good for the franchise itself, but Notch as a indie games developer will probably not interfere with the development of the game in a way that may harm it: conforming to the mainstream audience.
