So,

for the PC gamers, there is apparently a bit of a rumor going around the forums that BO has an issue where its allocating a majority of it's processes to the CPU and not the GPU as they had intended, and therefore putting a LOT of stress on the CPU which is why it is lagging so bad.

I just hope this is

1) True, because my friend that i went to buy it with cant play it on his comp, it is kicking the shit out of his cpu
2) if true, patch-able
3) if patch-able, then patched soon

My gtx 280(2nd hand no warranty) died a few months ago so I'm stuck playing black ops with my old 9800gt. I was pretty sad about the performance with it(borderline unplayable) till I read some forums where people with $5,000 computers were having the same issues. lol

I kinda also went ahead and splurged on a GTX 580 that came out yesterday. After playing games with the gtx 280 for a year, it's hard downgrading to a 9800gt.

the controls for this game feels just like WaW. i want the feel to be like mw2. so far i haven't experience anything good about this game, except that you can use a controller in the pc version. i'll never buy a treyarch cod game again. in my opinion treyarch is worst than infinity ward. i only love the zombies mode and thats it about them.

Waw is not as bad as people made it out to be.

I'm disappointed that there are no round winning killcams in SnD. It was one of the reasons I played alot of SnD in the final days of MW2.

Loving the game so far, the graphics aren't that great but the gameplay and all that just makes up for it.

I do have to say that it takes sooo long to join a game, is that just me? It's odd because there were like 2 million people online and it took like 1-5 minutes to find a lobby <_<

I focused on the mp5k until level 12 and I got a couple of pretty good games but then I started doing worse so I ragequit and bought the einfield and now the famas.

Einfield is ok, but I prefer famas. Didn't do too bad with m16 though despite the fact I usually suck at using burst and single fire weapons.

I stopped sniping with the dragonov and the second sniper rifle because I got so many hitmarkers when trying to quickscope, even hardscoping got upper-chest area hitmarkers. **** it.

Ignore my other post, there are round winning killcams in snd. In the vid I watched there weren't any for the whole game so o.O kinda weird.

Also bought my new pc today, it should run black ops on great quality, cant wait to get it...

Personally the Famas i was looking forward to it, but i dont really like it too much i think it shoots too fast n not accurate enough.

I just picked the game up last night and played from like 8:30-2:00 am..I love it!! My favorite weapons right now are the m16 and the famas. I'm using the supressor on the famas right now and I love it. I'm only level 20 right now and I can't wait till I unlock camo for my weapons.

At first I was trying to run a stealthy ninja class so I got the mp5k with extended mags + supressor, and not only the gun has alot of random recoil, I couldn't kill targets at long range, even medium was hard, unless they were standing still <_<

Yeah,

I slapped the Silencer on the AK47u, its a bit better but still significantly harder to kill someone with it.
