cap is like 26 or something...exp rate is x2 atm and you get to keep these chars..so abusing the x2 exp is a must, and yea only NA ppl can play, and there is no word what so ever on the Europe version xD

no, everyone on east is lagging, the server even kicked my party out of dungeon due to "server overload"

tbh, i have a feeling that all of nexon's servers are in california, despite the fact that it lets you choose east or west. the option is probably there to separate players from east and west coast, which would help the peer-to-peer set up they have for the dungeons.
