This is my clan:
As you can see, our buffs are 14/13/13/13. What we do as a clan everyday is a quest called Endeavour (Alliance Duty) from the alliance master. This quest requires everyone from the clan to have renown. The more renown you have, the more arcane coins and bullions you can get. Now this is where you need to level clan skills. The elder of arcaness has the items required for clan buffs to hit level 13+. These items require significant amounts of bullions/ coins. Look on the main forums for a guide to the quest.
What each renown scroll gives:

Level 13 buff item "Colora Crystal Gem" - 10 Arcane Bullion and 50 Arcane Coin.
Level 14 buff item "Dragon Essence Gem" - 20 Arcane Bullion and 100 Arcane Coin.
Level 15 buff item "Skyweeping Lumin Stone" - 30 Arcane Bullion 150 Arcane Coin.
These items are tradeable. You need 1 each time you level a buff. So multiply them by 4.
So we have been farming these coins/ bullions as a clan. Each individual from the clan has a very specific item they farm. For example, I farm 4 coins each day. The quest takes around 15 minutes each day if you do it in a group. Solo can be 15-30 minutes depending on what you have to do. The quest line rotates between 3 different sets of things to do.
Now leveling them fast:
Now here is where you need to have some cooperation from your clan mates. There is a quest called Clan Glory that only the clan leader can take. The quest raises the Glory of the Clan at the bottom right.
The quest:
Kill as many mobs as possible in the map you have chosen in 30 minutes. These mobs are always the first mobs on each map. The higher your kill count is, the higher you are on the clan glory board in the hall of excellence.
Each week depending on your place in the charts, you get items that allow you to boost your clan buffs significantly. We get one that allows us to boost our clan buff proficiency by 1500 (1.5k uses on the clan buffs by players). Now thats a significant boost for us each week. Currently every time someone uses the lvl 14 buffs, it goes up .01%. So without these, it can be significantly slower. Keep in mind the clan glory map you can choose is based off the level of your clan leader. The lower his level the lower the map you are stuck on. That includes ascended.
Our clan has stopped doing the clan glories because most of us are ascended now (Inamu, Narawan, Bonesy, Me, KBankz, Aquesance and jaeloo) so thats a lot of people who can't do a whole lot in them. So until we are all high level again we probably wont be doing them. The main reason we do this is because these buffs are a huge increase when grinding. Additional 7.5% more damage is huge because we run 2 clan stack parties at all times. Which means 24/7 buffs when in these parties.
