Maple Story....?

Well I know it's a crappy game, but I was just curious of how it is right now:

1. Grindfest? I've heard of a guy named Tiger... and Fangblade but that about it.

2. Do people still do that stupid thing with like pressing a button and it looks like your kissing someone but it wasn't meant for that purpose.

3. No pvp?, only attacking Teddy bears, animals, mushrooms, and snails and shit?

4. A lot of people still play? Or... Do you play?

5. Just wondering if anyone here played it before.

I played it a while ago. I found ti quite addicting. But then i realised that nothing was changing, and wandered why i was bothering (same as most other mmos), so i uninstalled. And because i couldnt work out how to put it into window mode.

Yes, a grindfest. Tiger was (or still is) the highest level in Global Maplestory, hes always 1st place on the top 5 players.

Dunno about pvp, I doubt it though. Some private servers have pvp, dunno how the hell that works.

I used to play this game, it used to be the game I would always go back to if I couldn't find a good mmorpg to stick with.

Yes, I have. Quite frankly, if you're gonna play this game, or even just to try it out. Play on a private server, cause its hard as hell to level in the official maplestory in the later levels, you will be killing shit that gives you 00.005% experience.

I've played Maple on a private server. I had 2 chars somewhere around level 110 or something.
An Ice/Lightning Magican and a Crusader, but I got bored before 4th Job on both. It was quite addicting though, and I really liked some of the grinding areas!

I played for a few years. Heres some of the characters i've played through. I've given away most of my accounts to friends though. :p

id take some SSs ingame but i dont have ms installed and im not gonna bother.

lol back in the day i had a level 120dk but i used to use godmode supervac on all those lol

I played it like 3 years ago or 2. I got bored very fast though. Also... in hated all those bots and cheaters who kinda "drag" all monsters in one map and get the sp and items.

yeah i loved it to man but eh i got bored at that level it just gets to repetitive
