APB [All Points Bulletin] is a new MMO being developed. It uses the Unreal Engine so I guess it's gonna be great. Some people call it GTA Online because this game is just like it. http://www.apb.com

It's somewhere gonna be released in 2009, but the payment isn't known yet.
