From what I understand the original Cabal is EU only, then some company bought the license and released a USA version, if the Australian version in that forum is legit I do not know.

For the 100th time. Private servers are in NOTHING similar to the real retail game. They have bugs, glitches, hacks, cracks, different rates on tons of things, free levels, non real weapons. etc.

Having a rare item and a good character in a private server will never be the same as having one in the original version. I keep hearing people say "go to private server! you'll get like 15 bikes there in no time" for Cabal and all I can do is shake my head in disbelief..of their stupidity. But anyway...

ON TOPIC:

I'm not sure whether you can or cannot but I used to go in vent with an ex-ally guild and they had 2 guys from Australia playing NA Cabal. If anything you can just make an account, send the Help Desk (yes it works) a question whether or not you can play NA Cabal from Australia or if not, which server can you access legally. It'll take like 1-3 days to get a reply.
