Just got myself an xbox360 :D:D:D:D Very happy with it specially the remote controllers... Don't like all those wires. Anyway there were 2 free games with it. PG4 Gears of War 1
I've played it now and I find the quality pretty low . Is that just this xbox game and is the rest waaaay better. Cuz I think I've seen some pixel looking frames ><
dont know what to tell you. I dont see any graphic problems with mine. For all you know some setting could be off, a wire unplugged, a screw loose (in your head). Could be many things.
xD Tell me what settings I have to put it.. And No HDTV settings. Cuz i only have HD downstairs.. not in my room. And my dad only let me have it downstairs for like 1 time xD which was today.
The red/white/yellow plugs, make sure the switch is on TV and not HDTV (otherwise it wouldn't work at all anyway). Try 60 Hz instead of 50 Hz maybe? Otherwise it's your tv cuz GoW looks nice even though it's a pretty old game.
farcry 2 will be better, remember its the crysis engine, the cry engine 2 is the best graphic and physics engine out there currently, unreal engine 3 does not use raytrace rendering
but stil gow2 will look nice but not better then farcry 2

Im getting GTA IV and Farcry 2 once my paycheck is in,
I just got mine a couple months ago. I love my xbox so much, and i've grown my game collection quite a bit.
I had it hooked up to an HDTV too, but the wireless internet I had to use lagged me really hard. So, I hooked it up near my router, but a small and old tv was the only one I had. The picture sucked, I couldn't read anything on screen. Eventually I got mad and just bought the cable to hook it up to my computer monitor - I love it.
I know but the prob is my HDTV is 130 cm diameter.... And it hangs on the wall. The HD connection is on the backside of the TV... So I gotta get the TV off the wall to connect it...
I dont think Frycry2 is going to be on the same engine as crysis, its going to be much lower on the requirements then crysis. it will still look amazing and push what we know about game physics ever further, i cant wait for it, its gon pwn.

At gamespot, when they were doing the hands on stuff during e3, they said something like "theoretically, you could start a small fire in a bush and it could spread throughout the entire gameworld" and I instantly fainted.
