An MMORPG that includes skilling?

Okay, I used to play runescape back a few years ago, and I really enjoyed the aspect of skilling, I enjoyed it enough to play it since it came out to about two years ago, but I am bored with Silkroad, and I think it is because all it is is kill, kill, KILL!

So what other mmorpgs (preferably free) that includes skilling?

its a chibi anime fighting type of game, like ragnorok? but you can do other things other than fight, and the skilling includes minigames like puzzles that you can play during the skill for extra stats addition during their verison of crafting (ie: higher minigame = better weapon made) or you can skip game and just make it without extra buff to stats

The ultimate "skilling" game would have to be Eve Online. It is probably the most intelligent MMO of all time, and also takes you deeper into the "rabbit hole" than any game in existence. Check it out if you haven't yet. It is pay-to-play, but they have a free 2 week trial.
