Hmm correct me if im wrong but, didnt he just invent tools that later allowed people to create bots? Like I belive he created a wide varity of pk2 editing tools, that would be like saying because he made tools that allow us to pk2 edit, he is directly responsible for the stealth pk2 edit we have to day.. although plz do correct me if im mistaken.

So if I made a script meant to DoS these forums but I did not actually use it, I just told people to use it, I would not be guilty at all. There is no legit who buys bots so your logic failed

I am assuming the only reason you put the police officer that bought the gun in there is to represent legit. No legit would buy the bot, else he would not be legit would he?

It seems logic that he tests the bot but it's just only deduction. U dont have the real proof. Drew is not the only one in the programmer team in 0x33. Could be another person, like Clockwork made the crack, drew only give idea and code suggestion, for example.

uve been failing a lot in ur logic recently. u dont have to prove the person is a bot to prove their a supporter. if they give out information on how to bot, where to get them, etc then theyre a supporter, doesnt mean they use it themselves.
drew distributes them. game over, end of story, do not pass go, do not collect $200.
