So what happens to Fly? SRF has taken the stance that even their mods have no immunity and can be banned and relinquished of their job that may not even be Silkroad related because of Silkroad issues. What happens to a guy that was banned during Joymax's big sweep of Xian? Only people who do things that are not legit get banned. Excuses permitted for such a strict policy? Itonami was banned without a chance of her giving an excuse and her reputation was as good as Fly's.

if banning me will clean srf of its botters, im all for it.

Everyone deserves a second chance. Fly WAS banned at first, and unbanned after. Time will tell if the same will happen to Itonami.

Because I'm fairly certain that the administrative team of SRF is well aware of the circumstances that happened. Just because words are twisted and turned by this community, doesn't mean there isn't facts unknown or ignored.

Fuhito, i play on Xian, the server where Fly was at the time of this incident. he was unbanned. even JM makes mistakes. i invite anyone to post any proof of fly botting that they wish. he is not exempt either.

i was not banned. i was rebanned after being unbanned. take a look at the date.

Fair enough.

I'm singling out Fly for no other reason then big names will (and have) gone down. I'd hate to see exceptions be made.

he was unbanned like heroooo and Llello?.. but they got rebanned in a matter of hours. It was not a mistake.

i use same account name on my emails and other stuff.

He was banned by joymax for botting, there is no proof they got it wrong and unbanned him so he should be banned here

Date of the bot list: Date : 3/27/2007

Check the date on that ban. It's a reban. There's facts most people ignore in this matter and see it as a simple matter. If you don't believe me, you could try contacting Pred about this, I'm sure he'd be capable of discussing these matters.

How do you know it isn't? You have no proof on either side except a ban list, which has been disproven by many members already.

i don't see how the JM banlist is a sinking ship...we all saw it and if JM could figure out what was going on it should be obvious to the rest of us....idc either way really i just don't like you excusing the JM banlist like its meaningless when its the only official bot declarations we've ever had when they were banning ppl having your name on their was the best proof any of us had that you were up to no good....

Actually that banlist was just them being nitpicky over small things, like a minor client change. It also had CCFers and whatnot on it.

So it's more then a bot banlist, but because someone was on it doesn't mean they bot, or did bot. Like I said, sinking ship, false evidence.

Other than Fly claims to have spawned monster scrolls or w/e (word of mouth proof?).. Got any proof that it wasn't just for bots? If so I'd love to see it.

no im pretty sure he appeared on the list that was specifically JM war on Bots....if he got banned for something else his name wouldn't have been on the list as there were other (like Wong) who got banned for little stuff and their name did not appear on the list.

Like i said that list used to be the only evidence ppl needed, i don't see why your discrediting it to try and excuse the actions that fly may or may not have done but the fact remains his name was on the Bot Banlist...

besides if i recall the thread correctly when it was highlight and ridiculed by many he had tons of supports showing up to give excuses as to why the name was on the list like it was someone else, JM made a mistake, its not the real Fly. I remember seeing 1 guy post multiple times claiming that he had botted on flys account and that it was his fault. Of course which story is true we'll never know. The list was taken seriously by everyone then and it should be taken seriously now....
