The GMs won't do anything. The SRO community can do something though. That's what SG is demonstrating here.

Some bots will turn themselves in. Take BuddahAgent here as an example.

I started this game on Oasis. I was in this guys union, long before I even knew what a bot was. I left it because it was so freaking boring. I know they don't care. But we care, we're making a stand, and we're rallying an army of legits to fight the oppression on servers caused by the bots. Look at Venus. We did what needed to be done. We won. Everyone else is capable of doing it too.

If people are legit, they have nothing to fear. The biggest point to this is that they need reasonable proof or a self-admission. So while flames may spark, they can't get anywhere without solid evidence.
