Doubt many of the banned would come back anyway.

Would they even know if they were unbanned unless they were notified? I doubt any of them would check the forum periodically to see if they were unbanned.

This. If it were to be done, a mass e-mail should definitely be sent out.

I'm not really sure what I think about the idea, though. I'm willing to go a long way just for some activity. But hey - at least people are friendly around here
