Ofy was banned by me before I saw this thread, I was sent a PM linking to the thread where Ofy accused that guy without proof so I gave him a 24 hour ban (following protocol for false bot accusation). I tried to reduce it to 0 but there isn't an obvious way to unban people so he's banned for 25 hours now >_> I'm not going to try to unban him because I'm afraid I might make another mistake & raise it from 25 hours to 7 days.

nvm, I figured it out. He's unbanned now. I've never had to unban someone so it took awhile for it to "click" in my brain that I was supposed to do X to get A to happen.
