Not Exposing a Botter BUT...

I asked a question in
this thread but didn't get an answer because it was locked. I didn't think GD was the right place to make this thread because, well it would just get flamed.
Ive never understood why on this forums people using a loader get a 7 day ban. In 7 days they will be back using the same loader, and what then? They get banned for another 7 days after someone proves they are still using it? Its not like they are going to stop using the loader just because they got banned from SRF
Please someone explain, and please don't flame me

the thing is, using a loader is a minor offense compared
to using a party to play the entire game for you.
people get a 7 day ban for loader as a warning. however,
if they are caught still using it later on, they will be
permanently banned from these boards. it's not like the
7 day ban is like a get out of jail free card.
also, if somebody gets caught in the action, we ban them
for 7 days. if somebody openly states that he uses a loader
and posts comments like "see you in 7 days", then this
member will be permanently banned.
it's basically the same with stealing cookies from your
mother's cookie jar. you first get a warning, then if you
continue doing it, you will be punished. if you walk up
to the cookie jar when your mom is standing next to it,
grab the jar, take out a cookie and eat it with a big
grin on your face knowing what you do is wrong but think
you will get away with just a warning, you will be punished
on the spot.

Its like, you rob a bank and run off with $1,000,000, but then the Police catch you and fine you $1000. Your not going to stop robbing banks, right?

It's not really the use of the loader, it's the "advertisement" of the loader.
Posting a picture with some red text in it, etc, is like advertising the fact that that person uses a loader and has not been banned from the game. By punishing those that show loader use and/or encourage it, the hope would be that members won't be subjected to what a loader is, and less people will come to know of it/use it.
The reason that loader - 7 day ban and that botting - permaban, is because having a loader doesn't necessarily mean that the user bots. Having a bot means the user bots. Flaunting the use of a loader is just encouraging others to use it as well, which as I previously stated is what the forum is trying to stop.

Not always true, at least not at the same time. Some people piss first then go back to poop later.
I'd imagine it's a bit hard to poop without pissing though if your bladder's not empty at the time.
