I don't know what that shows honestly. No one goes pink on him, and the chat is blocked so we can't see who the guy is PMing. It could be Tarja answering back. Not conclusive.

If people were banned for as much support as was shown here(ie none really) you would be banned as well.(ie we are not that lucky) But w/e.
