part of what i read, was that in defense people were saying ito's char was sold
when she took a break, then she got it back.

afaik, character selling is just as bannable here as botting is.

Cin I do believe you read wrong, she never sold it. She let a friend use it, it was said that she was offered money for it.

I was in contact with Ito at this time, and I can vouch for her, she did lend the account out. She did get it back later.

Maybe i'm misinformed but isn't sharing an account against the ToS of JM too?... (it was back then before they modified the ToS).
