And just to clarify, the reason why the proof against Luoma was so outstanding, was because his information in his profile, the profile of the account posted and linked to were the same, as well as admittance.

There is a secret ninja lair in which the administration and moderators discuss these things. Simply because you have not seen any of the discussion doesn't mean it's not on going, was on going, or will be on going.

Your cries do not fall on deaf ears. I would suggest that everyone reconsider their word choice regarding the way in which they choose to express themselves. Banning someone for botting, especially a moderator, requires a lot of clarifying, confirming, and general discussion. Banning someone for disrespect is much simpler and doesn't take much time.

I assure you all, we don't run a forum, we serve a community. We will be just and concise. Until the eventual day where action is taken or the issue is laid to rest, Sylhana remains an important part of the moderation team and he earns the required respect that comes with it. Again, choose your words wisely, and remember: we are here for the community.

They won't unban Ito because certain mods have personal grudges against her, although sufficient proof was given to SG and completely ignored. They won't ban Sylhana for botting because there's sufficient proof yet they're in denial or just great friends with him. There is no point in even trying anymore- the admittion that Sylhana is Sylhana on 0x33 is banworthy.

He and fly seem to be immune to banning

If you're going to ban people who have been caught botting at one point in time, it shouldn't matter if they do it now or not- you ban people who have retired to OTL/AC or started new on other servers so Fly should be gone too. Even Joymax banned him, and that's really saying something.

I think Syl's obvious intimate relationship with the same ppl he is supposed to be eliminating from the forum is a direct conflict of interest as a moderator. He should then prolly only be a moderator for areas that do not involve the game or stripped altogether.

There should be a moratorium on proof. Getting banned for some 6 month old movie off a server you dont play anymore isnt really fair. WitchHazel admitting to botting on his last server here viewtopic.php?f=2&t=81413&p=1025732#p1025732 engendered no big outcry for banning yet that is more proof than Ito or Syl have against them.

bullshit, people are getting banned for having once botted a year ago.

Some people don't even play the game anymore and are only active in Off-Topic, yet they get banned.

We can't make it like if you don't play SRO anymore, you won't get banned.

I have to agree there does seem to be a conflict of interest there. It's one thing to perhaps get an account at a botting forum and lurk around, seeing what the botting community is talking about. However, it's an entirely different issue if you're actively participating in the discussions, helping them, and things like that.

SO either overrule the previous decisions and lay down the ban hammer ona couple ppl or Lock this topic and let Syl go cause theres no point in continuing the discussion.
