1) Be a bot supporter. Change your avatar to the pointy-finger bot symbol. Put "0x33" somewhere in your sig. Talk openly about, admit to, or suggest botting in a thread. Ask about how to buy, offer to sell, or post links to bot clients, etc. DOING ANY OF THESE THINGS WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN. There will be no warnings. There will be no discussion. There is ZERO tolerance.

Nothing against Syl, didn't read all of the topic, just saw the first few screens, which clearly shows links. More or less supporting it too, but I'm not sure how the system works..

_SunTzu_ showed me his set that he got totally legit before he showed it to anyone else, and he said that the next time I saw an obvious bot on SRF, I should flame the hell out of em, which I failed to do. I sort of made amends now.

Sure, you can. Anyone can worship him. Just log on daily and do some hand-grinding gold farming for us on Pacific, we'll accept that as worship. You can thank him on Pacific. Welcome aboard to the _Art_of_War_ in-game slave crew. You make a total of 1, with 8 guilds as your master, each member telling you what they want you to do. Make your char named SRFModMrBow, and I'll pm you. I think as your first assignment you can break chests for wind 2 for me for a few hours. Have fun. I'll see you in-game.

Furthermore, I have received PM's thanking me from various members of Pacific. I would like to thank you all for your support, and thank you because you're some of the very few people here who actually know what they're talking about. It's fine and dandy to have 1588959015981209 people saying "oh hes a bot" or "oh hes too nice" or "you all are stupid", but it's another thing to have people who actually know what they're talking about having their say. Sylhana has never been counted among legits in Pacific. The 2nd page should say enough about bot credits and encouraging botting among other things. Whether this leads to a ban is up to SRF, however, I support being consistent in bans. Please, if Sylhana is banned or not banned, clear this up and say exactly why or why not you made your decision. This is not a command, but a request, for I respect the mods and administrators of this forum, unless they're making smart-aleck asshole comments in which case I'm not going to kiss up to them just cause they're a "mod." I respect mods, and I hope they respect me, and take my wishes into account.
If it makes my opinion count for more (since post count means everything, even to some of the mods) I'll post on Iguana.

i have reviewed the evidence. this is what i have found so far:

a) screenshots of Syl from an old forum in which he talked about bots, provided information on them, but did not say anything about HIMSELF botting. there was a mention of credits, but no mention of what those credits are for. (also, remember Ryoko's and others' points about how easily screenshots of forum posts can be faked, excample here.)

b) LOTS of word-of-mouth evidence has been put forth from various members from various servers. none of this has been corraborated with screenshots, videos, or any other sort of proof. some have said they are still looking. if they find proof, they are free to resubmit.

there is definitely NOT enough evidence in this thread to ban Sylhana from SRF for botting. there IS plenty of evidence for SUPPORT, for which a temp ban may be appropriate. we will discuss the penalty to be applied and post the result here.

another note, many people have brought up the point that reformed botters, or people who quit the game long ago, etc. may also be targetted in this subforum and banned for actions which they have since atoned for. we will discuss this as a staff and hopefully have a ruling on those issues soon.
