If you mean get banned in game, SRF is only a fan forum. Admins and Mods of this forum can't ban anyone in game. The only thing that we can do is ban them from this community (SRF).

@OP; To answer your question: Yes. The character has to be a member of SRF to be banned and you must prove that the botting character is connected to a specific forum account, but as MasterKojito said, that will only get them banned from this community as this is meerly a fan forum and cannot ban people from the game.
