Lets assume Xano was helpful but was very rash and blunt. He said he wouldn't ban him because he is nice, so what if he weren't nice but every post no matter how harsh was worthwhile? Would you ban him then?

Frankly i see this as enough proof. I admit i would rather a video but this s/s does seem suffice. The only issue i see is whether or not this is his character. I agree that it more than likely is: he has it in his sig and already claimed it to be "his character" just being played by another person. Although a proud avalon member from xian got unbanned due to this technicality ( yes, we all know who u are ) it in my eyes is still sufficient proof to be banned.
Though we must wait and see what the mods say about this. I think this proof + other proof which has been posted in different threads should be enough.
