It can't be made more clear that I won't kick party members unless they detriment the party leveling, but I reserve future spots for people I know well if they need a party. Reasonable or not in your opinion, this is the way I will always manage any party. From a logical perspective, one would like to maintain the same conditions if those conditions works well.
You're right, I have no idea "what the union is all about", I don't take things that seriously. If the choice was solely mine, I would never have joined.
The level 41 wizard you mentioned did not, in fact, die every 10 minutes. If anyone that didn't greatly detriment the party died every 10 minutes and remained in our party, I would be thankful.
