Well 'it' is in the union, and as a cleric (higher lvl cleric than me) it'll pretty much get every good party for itself, leaving me out pretty much all the time.

That's the problem, I never was in line, there was this _Nightmare__ (yes, hhhhhhhhhhhhhhh dude) and other outsider and I asked her to boot one of them, got no answer and left. After that Zero told me there was 2 spots for wizards, tried joining and wouldn't let me in. Then other wizard and you joined.
So it's not you d/w

This is how it starts, more and more jerks will come out of the closet and I'm afraid I'll run out of lvls and will have too many murderer points by then, I only don't want to see *insert legit guild/union name from certain other server here* big problem over again.

Well it depends what you call legit ^^ I looked myself for a legit guild/union with euros, but in the true way. Just playing with the client that JM uses without any add ons and I couldn't find one. I think it's personal, what is legit, what is not? I'm afraid I'm a bit too legit.

I'll make an exemple, what is legit, what is not?

1. I'm playing without any help (no bot, no helping program running, no friend using my account when I'm not connected)
2. My friend connects on my account and levels it up when I'm at school
3. My friend connects on my account and levels it up when I'm at school and I pay him a couple of beers
4. A stranger connects on my account and levels it up when I'm at school and I pay him in dollars
5. I pay a levelling up company using manual levelling up for help and I pay for it.
6. I ask a levelling up company to level up my account and I pay for it. I don't care if they do it manually or with a program
7. I use a bot to level up my account

And all the in betweens, what do you think of the "diet" botting like the non DC, the pk2, the stall help etc...
Is the nude patch legal? It doesn't change your stats, but it isn't definitely what JM wanted. They removed that bug with wings etc... to avoid nude PVP ^^

It's very difficult to draw the line between legal and illegal, it's up to the administrators of a guild to decide what they tolerate and not, state it clearly to their members, and act in consequence even if they have to ban a very nice player.

I'm still looking for a guild that has zero tolerance on Hera. If you know one, please contact me in game, name AmeNo. With zero tolerance I mean not even powerlevelling by guild mates. I use the party system but I don't want to be taxied by a guild mate because the guild needs level +42 players for a FW.

I do it all the time, I kick other people in order to let unionmates in, I did it with you and mujigis.
For Heaven's sake you had _Nightmare__ on the party, a lv 41 wizard that dies every 10 minutes.
You obviously have no idea what the union is all about. IF I was a rogue fine I'd understand but next time ask in the union chat about kicking outsiders.
