It's a level 8 SOS bow. To be fair the crit sux, but you'll be lucky if you find low lvl SOS with a higher crit. People use these bows to SP farm. Making them desired, 200-500k i bull man! sell for 1-1.5mill at least!! and if you can find a buyer for a higher price then go for it. There rare and everyone SP farming wants one. People will be desperate!
Take --- Eldest Guild Athens!

Also, a level 8 SoS bow doesn't do as much damage as a PLAIN level 16 bow. But the time it takes to level from 8-16, even with a 9 mastery gap, is nothing.
