[Troy] wtb lvl 8-18 sox or +4 bow

Ok, so, I need a good bow on Troy. I'd like a lvl 8-18 bow, doesn't matter too much. Needs to be good stats and blues. SoX or +4 and up. Good crit is a plus. Price needs to be "low-ish".
