[Xian] Price-check Euro Shield

It got no blues. But the good part is that it has BR16. Which is pretty good for a dropped shield imo. Well, i made it +3 (it was pretty hard tho). Do you guys think i could (easily) +5 it?
And final question:
What would be the difference between +3 and +5 in price?
