Just bought it for 9M. Fusion2k was selling for 18M so i assumed i got the better deal
Im gonna see how my damage is with it, and if it sucks, gonna get a few philosophy stones lols.

The stats that are essential for INT users are kinda....blah
Even though its +5, i think 9m is a bit steep considering the stats need a lot of work. Try to add INT, Attack Rating, and up the Mag Attack and Mag Reinforce.
Then again, im no expert on your servers prices.
