[Venice] Price check on a lvl 16+1 SoM sword

I was training at the devil bugs when all of a sudden that weapon dropped out of nowhere.. I saw that box and I thought that must be a SoX weapon and it was

So my question is..what the worth of it?
/Edit would it be smart to upgrade it to +3 or is that just a wast of money??
