I have recently found an Iron Coronet SOM, no degree, but has some blue . found it by killing mobs

(INT 1 increase, STR2 increse, and Lucky 3times)

Yep, its a rare item. Its rarer than a SoS. It would cost about 1 mil (I think) for that.
