how much does a 42 sos +3 spear run for? how much is a sos +5 42 spear?

Anywhere from 17 mil to 20 mil. +5 not really sure about but usually a lot higher for the 2 extra pluses.

lol lvl 42+3 is 25m and 42+5 around 35 m
