Hi the bow should be lvl 24 best with + 2or more..
Phy.dmg. increase with min. 40% (value behind the phy.dmg.)
..same for mag.dmg.
attack rating increase at least with at least 50%
and finally a critical value above 10
that's all..
price for the bow we'll check in game
