pricing for a lvl 29 glaive

A lvl 29 glaive +1 worth 275k?

Stats:
phy attk power; 136-162 (8%)
mag attk power; 208-248 (55%)
Crit 9
phy reinforce 0%
mag reinforce 3%

So is it worth it? or should i try to find a better weapon.

EDIT: Aw damn... i bought it for 185k and the stall next to it had a spear with better stats and +3 int.... oh well..

EDIT 2: Is 185k too high also?

Wayyyy to high. Find something else. Or save your money to get a 32. Normally +1 or +2 isn't worth much more than clean.
