my best comment would be to hold onto it. Finds like this are extremely rare and due to the age of all the characters on the server there aren't too many lev 29+ characters let alone enough people with enough gold to pay for what it is worth.
If you sell now you will get 1/100th of its real value.

I donated gold to lvl up our guild so I wont have enough money to switch from Garment > Protector.. oh well I suppose I could wait:P But I'm still a bit unsure on what to price it later on:/
