[Eldorado] lvl 32 Blade +3 Crit 10 [price check/selling]

Ok, this is mostly a price check, but I will sell this when I'm done with it, so think of it as a teaser too. 
Basically I want to know if I paid way too much for it. I know it's got low phy. attack and reinforce, but I plan on increasing them with a little alchemy. Will try to do something about the Attack rating too. I basically bought it because it's +3 and mostly because of the awesome crit. So please tell me what it's worth, so I know how big a loss I'll make on this.
