lvl18 bow for 20k?

a few days ago, i found some1 selling a lvl18 bow (no blue or SOX) for 20k but i noticed it had 9(or around 9) CRITICAL! i thought it might be worth more so i bought it but now i wonder if it's common to have 9 critical

also it has almost the same stats as a lvl16 bow except a bit higher att and m. att

how much is it worth if i try to resell it?

I think 20k is the normal price.
(Maybe it's the npc price x2-3?

i guess it's not worth much asking if i bought it for an averge price
im just wondering why it has 9 crit while my lvl16 has only 2 crit but still worth almost the same value
